John and Thady Gosden Celebrate a Royal Victory with High Order at Racing Post

The three-year-old son of Frankel made a quick return after finishing third at Newmarket’s Craven meeting. He justified 2-9 favouritism by pulling 13 lengths clear of Emaculate Soldier in second.

Despite losing a shoe during the race, High Order took advantage of a drop in class. John Gosden believes race experience is crucial for his progression.

He mentioned, “He’s learning and he’s a horse who needs racing and education.” Gosden also noted that the horse has the ability to handle a mile and a half and could potentially be a mile-and-six horse in the future.

On the topic of High Order, Royal winner Shoemark commented, “He’s a lovely horse and he’s progressive. He’s still pretty green, but he has plenty of scope and he’ll stay even further.

He’s a big, raw horse and he’s had a couple of away days.” Finally, Racing Post was recommended as having the best offers all in one place.
