Willie Mullins set to separate his top hurdlers for British races this weekend

Lossiemouth and Gala Marceau, the first two home in last season’s Triumph Hurdle, are both entered at Doncaster in the Yorkshire Rose Mares’ Hurdle. This race has been previously won by Willie Mullins with Annie Power and Vroum Vroum Mag in the last decade. It will be interesting to see how these two talented horses perform in this race.

In other news, City Of Troy is currently leading the European two-year-old classification with a 5lb advantage over his rivals. This impressive performance positions him as a top contender in the upcoming races. Additionally, a 6ft 4in jockey is aiming high with his sights set on riding Willie Mullins’ Supreme hope at the Cheltenham Festival. This partnership has high hopes for success in the future.

El Fabiolo is odds-on for the Dublin Chase, and Willie Mullins is expected to dominate in the race. Despite the wait for this race, it is believed that El Fabiolo’s performance won’t be impacted too much.

In a different context, the Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) has informed the government that racing channel viewers are among the least at risk of problem gambling. HRI is advocating for some adjustments to the Gambling Regulation Bill, with particular emphasis on an advertising ban. Although concessions have been made for racecourses, the advertising ban remains a crucial issue that needs to be addressed.
